Multifaceted Collective

Community Growth & Engagement Strategy

Role: Founder & Marketing Lead
Focus: Community building, messaging clarity, experiential engagement

This work reflects how I approach marketing at its core: translating vision into clarity, prioritizing relationships over noise, and building systems that support sustainable, values-aligned growth. The success of the Multifaceted Collective reinforced my belief that community grows strongest when people understand the purpose and feel invited into it.

01
Clearly articulating the mission & vision of the collective

02
Designing experiences that encouraged connection and repeat engagement

03
Consistent Communication across platforms to build trust and recognition

Impact & Results

The Collective evolved into a space where members felt seen, supported, and motivated to stay involved. In addition, the Collective:

  • Grew the community from 2 members to 52 members in 2025

  • Increased consistency in engagement and event participation

  • Built a foundation of trust and alignment that supported organic growth through word-of-mouth and referrals
